At the outset, learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that though the orders dated 11.04.2016 and 26.10.2016 are under challenge in the instant petition, but in fact, the revenue

revision petition No.2299/2016 titled as “Bhanwar Lal Vs. Sampat Singh”, is still pending before the learned Board of Revenue for Rajasthan at Ajmer.

Learned counsel for the parties thus, submit that the learned Board of Revenue may be directed to decide the revenue revision petition No.2299/2016 expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of while directing the learned Board of Revenue for Rajasthan at Ajmer to decide the revenue revision petition No.2299/2016 on merits, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law. The interim order dated 17.01.2018 passed by this Court, restraining the parties from alienating the disputed land, shall remain in currency for next three months.

Stay petition as well as all pending applications also stand disposed of accordingly.
