In the wake of second surge in the COVID-19 cases, abundant caution is being maintained for the safety of all concerned.
These writ petitions have been preferred by two brothers, one against another. In both the writ petitions, the brothers in their respective pleadings sought certain certified documents to be taken on record.
Both the parties are in agreement to the extent that both the documents be taken on record so that final adjudication in smoothly manner could be undertaken.
Looking into peculiar facts and circumstance of the case and the aforementioned submissions, both the present writ petitions, in which, there are parties are cross-parties, are allowed and both the parties shall be at liberty to file whatever documents they wish to submit before the trial court. The documents which have already been filed by both the parties shall be taken on record for final adjudication by the court below.
