In wake of second surge in the COVID-19 cases, abundant caution is being maintained, while hearing the matters in Court, for the safety of all concerned.
Learned counsel for the petitioners informs this Court that respondents No.3 and 4 have expired.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he shall do the needful to array the LRs of respondent No.3 within a week, if the petition is restored.
For the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, the petition is restored to its original number with a clear direction that in case the application for bringing the LRs of respondent No.3 is not filed within a week from today, the petition shall again stand dismissed without further reference of this Court.
