In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matters in Court.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a precise submission that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation is decided by the respondent No.2, while keeping into consideration Rule 75(4) of the Rajasthan Excise Rules, by passing a speaking order, strictly in accordance with law.
Learned counsel for the respondents assures this Court that such representation shall be considered and decided by the respondent No.2 by passing a speaking order strictly in

In light of such submission, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner, while keeping into consideration Rule 75(4) of the Rajasthan Excise Rules, by passing a speaking order within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law. The stay application as well as all pending applications also stand disposed of.
