In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matters in Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent school is being run without proper recognition, and

therefore, the permanent Lok Adalat has dismissed the application of the petitioner on 17.12.2019, which is contrary to law.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is a law student and reacting upon the issues raised by the parents, he had brought in this litigation.
This Court, after carefully perusing the order passed by the learned permanent Lok Adalat, finds that the reasons given by the learned permanent Lok Adalat is that the school in question was having permanent recognition from 15.07.2001 onwards. The learned permanent Lok Adalat also recorded that the school remained permanently recognized but after 2016, the recognition seems to be under process.
This Court also taking note of the fact that since inception, the school in question was having a permanent recognition and the last phase was only a matter of procedure is a reason sufficient not to make any interference in the order of permanent Lok Adalat.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed. Stay petition also stands dismissed.
