In wake of onslaught of COVID-19, abundant caution is being taken while hearing the matters in Court.
Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the matter can be resolved if pending case No.213/2016 (Guru Teg Bahadur vs. Arjun Bhatiya) is finally decided by the court below on the next date.
In light of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner that final arguments shall be positively made before the learned court below on the date, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned court below to decide

the case finally, being an eviction appeal, as the Legislature itself provides for expeditious disposal of the same within a period of 240 days. It is made clear that both the parties shall not seek any further adjournment in the matter.
