Mr. Mukesh Rajpurohit, learned Assistant Solicitor General invites Court’s attention towards the submission by the Director General of Training before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court in W.P(C) No.13973/2021; 13974/2021; 13975/2021; 13978/2021.

Relevant para No.5 and 6 thereof read thus:

"5. It is also submitted that in view of the forthcoming examinations scheduled from 13.12.2021, it would not be practically possible to complete all the processes in NCVT MIS within such short span of time.

6. After due consideration of all the above mentioned facts and circumstances and also keeping in view of the failure of Trainees, the competent authority of DGT has decided to provide the necessary data upload/trainee verification/approval links in NIMI/NCVT MIS portal for this batch of left over trainees, in a Separate extended schedule, tentatively from 14.12.2021 for 15 days. The examinations for this batch of Trainees shall be conducted in separate schedule. The exam schedule will be intimated at a later date.”

In view of the aforesaid, since the Director General of Training has already taken a stand that NCVT MIS portal for left over trainees will be opened and their examinations will be held on a later date, no separate order is required to be passed in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the stand taken by the Director General of Training before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court.

Stay petition also stands disposed of accordingly.
