Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the defects have already been cured.
The present writ petition is against the application under Order 7 Rule 14 readwith Section 151 CPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the legal representatives of respondent No.1, who have come through the documents of will are suspicious, and thus, the documents pertaining to the treatment of eyes of Uda Gayri are relevant.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the record of the case, this Court finds that the treatment of Uda Gayri cannot be relevant for the present suit as it will not throw any light on the status of the legal representatives. The interim order is in accordance with law.
In view of the above, no interference is called for in the present petition and the same is accordingly dismissed.
