The petitioners have preferred these writ petitions claiming for the following reliefs:-

SBCWP No.15718/2019:

“(i) The impugned order dated 04.10.2019 (Annex.9) may kindly be quashed and set aside.

¶31

(ii) The entire proceeding started by respondent in pursuance of notice dated 17.09.2019 (Annex.5) may kindly be quashed and set aside.

¶32

(iii) An independent enquiry may be initiated against the Respondent No.4 Shri Parth Sarathi for his illegal and malafide conduct against the petitioner.

(iv) The respondents directed to hand over the fair price shop of the petitioner i.e. “23035” to the petitioner immediately.

(v) The impugned detailed order dated 04.10.2019 (Annex.10) may kindly be quashed and set aside.”

SBCWP No.14633/2019:

“ (i) The entire proceeding started by respondent in pursuance of notice dated 17.09.2019 (Annex.5) may kindly be quashed and set aside.

(ii) The order of suspension dated 29.07.2019 (Annex.4) may kindly be quashed and set aside.

(iii) The respondents directed to hand over the fair price shop of the petitioner i.e. “23035” to the petitioner immediately.”

Mr. KS Rajpurohit, learned AAG, submits that he has instructions from State-respondents that they will not go ahead with the impugned orders.

In light of such submission, these writ petitions are allowed. The impugned orders as accepted by the State counsel
