On the request of the learned counsels for the respective parties, the writ petition was heard finally at this stage on its merit.

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction for the respondents to count services of the petitioner rendered by him as Teacher Grade III from 25.03.2015 till 01.08.2017 when his resignation was accepted as he has subsequently been appointed as Teacher Grade III in pursuance of fresh advertisement issued in the year 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to submit a representation with the respondents for redressal of his grievance(s) with a prayer that the respondents may be directed to decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.

In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to submit a representation with the respondents for redressal of his grievance(s). The respondents are directed to pass a reasoned order thereupon in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter with its intimation to the petitioner.
