In the writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for release of his retiral benefits and other allowances with interest.
Learned counsels for the respective parties submit that this writ petition may be disposed of in the light of circular dated 03.11.2021 issued by the respondents laying down detailed scheme for payment of arrears of its employees.

Taking into consideration the submissions advanced by learned counsels for the respective parties, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of circular dated 03.11.2021 issued by the respondent-Corporation.
