This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved against the order of suspension dated 24.2.2020 (Annex.5), whereby, the petitioner has been placed under suspension with retrospective effect from 1.11.2019.

A perusal of the writ petition indicates that representation made by the petitioner under Rule 13(5) of Rajasthan Civil Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1958, is pending consideration before the competent authority, which representation was made by the petitioner on 11.6.2021 and a reminder for early disposal was sent on 26.8.2021, however,

apparently the said representation made by the petitioner is still pending with the competent authority.

In view of the above, the writ petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to decide the representation expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date a copy of this order is placed by the petitioner with the competent authority.

It is required of the competent authority to pass a speaking order on the representation made by the petitioner.

The petitioner would be free to file a fresh detailed representation, if so advised, while placing copy of this order with the competent authority.
