It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that despite being entitled to receive minimum wages as indicated in communication dated 15.03.2019 (Annex.6) and repeated request made in this regard, the petitioners are not being paid the minimum wages.

Learned counsel further submits that petitioner may be permitted to make a representation with the respondents and they may be directed to decide the same appropriately and if the prayer of the petitioner is accepted, make payment in accordance with the communication dated 15.03.2019.

In view of the submissions made, the petition filed by the petitioners is disposed of with the directions that petitioner may make a representation to the respondents, within a period of ten days. On filing of such a representation, the competent authority would deal with the same appropriately within a period of three weeks. Thereafter, in case, it is found that petitioners are entitled to the relief as claimed, accord the relief to them.
