This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking release of amount of gratuity alongwith interest @ 12% per annum till the actual payment is made and release of her entire pension.
Submissions have been made that on account of pendency of the disciplinary inquiry against the petitioner, the petitioner was not paid her retiral benefits. However, by order dated 12.10.2021 (Annex.-A1), the petitioner has been exonerated from all the

charges leveled against her and, therefore, the respondents may be directed to pay all her retiral benefits.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that on the application filed, she is yet to receive instructions, however, does not dispute passing of the order dated 12.10.2021 (Annex.-A1).
In view of the above fact situation, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to do the needful qua the payment of petitioner’s retiral benefits within a period of two months from the date a copy of this order is placed by the petitioner with the respondents in accordance with law.
