The petitioner assails order dated 25.01.2021 stating that the authorities could not have passed the order in compliance of court’s order as the petitioner could have contested being interim order passed by this court.
Admittedly, order dated 25.01.2021 has been passed in compliance of the court’s order dated 15.01.2021 whereby the order dated 31.12.2020 transferring the petitioner in writ petition No. 281/2021 was stayed. The order thus is in compliance of court’s order and cannot be assailed by filing a fresh writ petition.

The present writ petition is found to be wholly frivolous and it is accordingly dismissed.
