Heard learned counsel for the appellants as well as Learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.
Looking to the nature of allegations and the statement of the prosecutrix, this court is not inclined to release the accused appellants on bail.
The appeal is accordingly dismissed. However, it is expected that the trial be expedited.
