The petitioner has challenged the interim order passed by the Tribunal whereby the stay application has been rejected.
Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is a sole breadearner and has been wrongly terminated from service.
This Court is of the firm view that the writ petition would not lie against interlocutory order passed by the Tribunal.

Taking into consideration the circumstances and facts of the case, the Tribunal is directed to decide the appeal itself within a period of three months.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. All pending applications shall also stand disposed of.
