Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue involved in the present writ petition stands adjudicated finally by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1608/2021 : Deepak

Kumar & Ors. Vs. The Rajasthan Public Service Commission, decided on 09.02.2021 wherein this Court has held that the subject which the petitioners have undergone studies, is Lecturer (Sanskrit Education) while requirement for the post is Acharya (Vyakaran) i.e. Grammer.

Keeping in view thereof, the rejection letter issued by the RPSC does not warrant any interference.

The writ petition is found to be devoid of merits and the same is accordingly dismissed.
