An application for recalling has been moved by the petitioner. I have heard the counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of

reinstatement dated 03.02.2017 takes away the period of service benefits during which the petitioner remained out of service and he should be allowed to challenge the order dated 03.02.2017.

In the opinion of this court, in recalling application, no such

orders can be passed as the recall would limit to only aspects where there is an apparent error on the face of the record. The remedy lies elsewhere.
