Petitioners have preferred this misc petition seeking quashing of FIR No.345/2021 registered at Police Station Bhiwadi, (Police District Bhiwadi) District Alwar.

It is informed by counsel for the petitioner that defect(s) has been removed.

It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that parties are related to each other. They have amicably settled their dispute. Complainant does not want to proceed further with the FIR lodged by him.

Complainant respondent No.2 has not disputed the fact of parties having entered into compromise. He does not want to proceed further with the FIR lodged by him and he has no objection to the quashing of FIR.

I have considered the contentions.

In view of the fact that parties are related to each other, they have amicably settled their dispute and there is cross-FIR, I deem it proper to allow the misc. petition.

Hence, the misc. petition is allowed. Proceedings pending in FIR No.345/2021 registered at Police Station Bhiwadi,(Police District Bhiwadi) District Alwar is quashed.

Stay application stands disposed.
