In wake of second surge in the COVID-19 cases, abundant caution is being maintained, while hearing the matters in Court, for the safety of all concerned.
At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor submits that chargesheet in this case has already been filed before the competent court.
In light of such submission, the present petition for quashing of FIR is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate legal recourse as available to him under the law before the learned trial court. Stay petition also stand disposed of.
