In wake of second surge in the COVID-19 cases, abundant caution is being maintained, while hearing the matters in Court, for the safety of all concerned.
At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor submits that challan in this case has already been filed before the competent court, which is reflected from the factual report submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor. The said factual report is taken on record.
In light of such submission, the present petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to take up all the issues before the learned trial court. Stay petition also stands disposed of.
