Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner after having argued the matter for some time does not want to press this petition at this stage, however, seeks liberty to file a representation to the Investigating Officer and the Superintendent of Police.
Learned Public Prosecutor submits that in the event of the representation being filed before the police authorities, the same will be considered in its letter and spirit.
Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as not pressed with the liberty as prayed for.
