Learned Public Prosecutor submits that as per the factual report received, the offences under Sections 286, 336 and 379 of IPC are made out against the petitioner.

In view of the factual report received, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this petition at this stage, however, seeks liberty to take appropriate proceedings before the trial court.
Accordingly, the misc. petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid.
