Learned public prosecutor submits that as per the factual
report received, the offence against the present petitioner is made out.
The factual report produced by learned public prosecutor is taken on record.
In view of the submissions made above, nothing survives in this petition.
Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of.
S.B. Criminal Misc(Pet.) No. 298/2021 :
Learned public prosecutor submits that as per the factual report received, the police is proposing a negative final report against the present petitioner.
In view of the above submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition at this stage, however, seeks liberty to proceed in the matter before learned trial Court.
Accordingly, the misc. petition is dismissed with liberty, as prayed for.
