In wake of second surge in the COVID-19 cases, abundant caution is being maintained, while hearing the matters in Court, for the safety of all concerned.
The petitioner has preferred this criminal misc. petition for quashing of FIR No.89/2021 of Police Station Bilara, Jodhpur Rural lodged under Section 143, 353, 379 of IPC and Section 4, 21 of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957.
On perusal of the factual report submitted by learned Public Prosecutor, this Court finds that the petitioner is facing serious charges of illegal mining as well as manhandling the official staff.
The factual report reflects satisfactory investigation and the same is taken on record.

In view of the above, no case of interference is made out, thus, the petition is dismissed. Stay petition also stands dismissed.
