These bail applications have been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.209/2018 registered at Police Station Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur (West) for the offence(s) under Sections 420, 406 and 120B IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer as per

direction of this court. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have paid Rs.18,34,900/- to the complainant on various dates. So, the petitioners be enlarged on anticipatory bail.

Investigating Officer who is present in the court today has admitted that the payment of the amount has been made which is mentioned in the diary.

On consideration of submissions made on behalf of the respective parties and the material made available for my perusal as well as the evidence collected during investigation, which has been produced before me by way of case diary but without expressing any final opinion on the merit and de-merit of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the accusedpetitioners.

Consequently, the applications for anticipatory bail are allowed.

The SHO/IO/Arresting Authority, Police Station Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur (West), in FIR No.209/2018 is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioners (1) Sugan Songara W/o Shri Navratna Songara and (2) Navratan Songara S/o Shri Krishn Singh , they shall be released on bail, provided each of them furnishes personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to his satisfaction on the following conditions :-

(i) that the petitioners shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;

(ii) that the petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer, and

(iii) that the petitioners shall not leave India without previous permission of the court.
