Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the present case chargesheet has already been filed and petitioner has been granted regular bail by the learned trial Court, hence, she does not want to press the present bail application on behalf of both the petitioners.
Accordingly, the bail application preferred on behalf of both the petitioners filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed.
