In wake of second surge in the COVID-19 cases, abundant caution is being maintained, while hearing the matters in Court, for the safety of all concerned.
Counsel for the petitioner had raised apprehension on the earlier order while arguing second bail application that whether the Section 65B certificate has been filed by the Investigating Officer before or after the order dated 22.07.2020.
After perusing record, this Court finds that 65B Certificate for the call-details arraying the petitioner as accused has been filed in time and is on record.
The record be sent back.
