Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the 4th bail application.
Permission as sought for is granted.
The instant 4th bail application filed by the petitioner is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
However, taking into consideration the fact that the accused petitioner is behind the bars since 30.07.2016, in the interest of justice, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
