These applications for anticipatory bail under Section 438 CrPC have been filed by the petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with FIR No.37/2018 registered at Police Station Sadar Hanumangarh, District Hanumangarh for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 326, 147, 148 & 149 IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of subsequent events these bail applications have been rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, these bail applications are disposed off as having become infructuous.
