An application has been moved for seeking correction in the order dated 04.10.2021 passed by the Court in S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application No.11755/2021 along with another connected matter pointing out that so far as the petitioner-Ankit Yagnik in the connected Bail Application No.13461/2021 is concerned, he had already been arrested and therefore, the order passed by this Court in the two bail application Nos.11755/2021 & 13461/2021 was only required to be limited to Suniti Yagnik and Nidhi Yagnik and in the order, the name of Ankit Yagnik should be deleted.
I have considered the submissions.

In the order, apparently there is a typographical error whereby name of Ankit Yagnik S/o Late Deepak Yagnik has also been mentioned in the operative part while granting anticipatory bail to Suniti Yagnik and Nidhi Yagnik.
Accordingly the order dated 04.10.2021 is corrected and the name of Ankit Yagnik is deleted. The present order shall be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 04.10.2021.
The application stands disposed of.
