The present misc. application has been filed by the applicant Insurance Company for recalling/modification of the judgment and award dated 10.07.2021 passed by National Lok Adalat before the Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur.
The judgment and award passed by National Lok Adalat are not assailable way by application under Section 151 CPC.
Hence, the present misc. application is dismissed.
