Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the conviction and sentence awarded to the accused appellants and the fact that they were not on bail during trial, I deem it just and proper to suspend the sentence awarded to them during the pendency of the appeal.

Accordingly, the application for suspension of sentence is allowed and it is ordered that the sentence awarded to accusedappellants Vikas@ Vikki S/o Mahaveer Singh S/o Mahaveer Singh, Satish @ Khunda S/o Deewan Singh, Akash @ Motiya S/o Dharmendra Yadav, Kundan Singh S/o Ramswaroop and Suraj @ Bhundi S/o Ramesh @ Mahesh in Special Sessions Case No.10/2018 (55/18) CIS No.117/2018 shall remain suspended; provided each of them furnishes a personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- and one surety bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial court to the effect that they shall appear before this Court on 05.10.2020 and, as and when called upon to do so.
