Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the
case as well as the conviction and sentence awarded to the accused appellant and the fact that the appellant is behind the bars more than seven years and hearing of appeal may take long time, I deem it just and proper to suspend the sentence awarded to the appellant during the pendency of the appeal.
Accordingly, the 4th suspension of sentence application is allowed and it is ordered that the sentence awarded to accusedappellant Murari Lal Darji Son of Shri Bajarang Lal in Criminal

Case No.26/2007 shall remain suspended; provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- and two sureties of Rs.25,000/each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court to the effect that he shall appear before this Court on 05.10.2020 and, as and when called upon to do so.
