The present bail application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.01/2020 registered at Police Station Thanagazi, District Alwar for the offence(s) under Sections 143, 341, 354, 452 and 323 of IPC.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are falsely implicated in this case. He submits that except offence under Section 452 of IPC, rest all the offences are bailable. Co-accused were already enlarged on bail. Allegation against the petitioners does not corroborate with the injury.
Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the application.

As per the allegation, petitioners Ravindra and Ramkaran armed with axe and gave blow to injured Prem on her head and Meena on her left hand.
On account of gravity of offence, I am not inclined to grant the benefit of bail to the petitioners under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Hence, the bail application stands dismissed.
