The stand of the answering respondent IKG Punjab Technical University is that all the Distance Education Programmes for a period of 3 academic years w.e.f. 2009-10 to 2011-12 are perfectly valid and degrees awarded for these Sessions are recognized by the University as well as by the UGC-AICTE-DEC.
