The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of having made several complaints before Nagar Parishad, Sikar since 17.04.2017 and several applications thereafter, there has been no progress in the complaint made against private respondent.

Since alternative remedy is available, we are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. However, we grant liberty to the petitioner to pursue his representation before Nagar Parishad, Sikar.
