Taking into consideration the submission, this writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with the direction to the respondents that if an appeal is preferred within a period of seven days from today, the same shall be heard after giving an opportunity to all the relevant parties and decide the appeal positively within a period of one month thereafter. Any action shall be subject to the decision of the appeal.
