Counsel for the petitioner and complainant both agree that the case has been listed for final arguments. The date was given by the Learned Additional District Judge No.3, Sikar on 3rd April, 2020 but on account of Covid-19 pandemic, the case has been postponed for arguments on 18th June, 2020.
Considering the stage of the case learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the bail application at this stage and await for final decision of the case. While allowing the petitioner to withdraw the bail application, it is dismissed.
