Petitioner has filed the petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking second regular parole of thirty days.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner through video conferencing.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner be released on second regular parole for thirty days. Petitioner had not misused the concession of first regular parole granted to him and had surrendered within the stipulated period. Jail conduct of the petitioner is satisfactory.

Learned State Counsel has opposed the petition. A perusal of the reply submitted by the State reveals that the jail conduct of the petitioner is satisfactory. The said fact is evident from Annexure-R/1. Since the petitioner had not misused the concession of first regular parole, as a evident from Annexure-R/2, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be released on second regular parole of thirty days subject to the satisfaction of the respondent no.3.
