Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No. 239/2015 registered at Police Station Nasirabad Sadar, Ajmer for offences under Sections 8/20 and 8/29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 .
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner through video conferencing.
Present case involves recovery of commercial quantity of contraband. Earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed on merits by this Court vide order dated 31.05.2016. There is no change in circumstances warranting interference by this Court.
