Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No. 290/2018 registered at Police Station Nasirabad Sadar, District Ajmer for offences under Section 8/15 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 .
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner through video conferencing.
Earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed on merits by this Court vide order dated 02.04.2019. In the present case, commercial quantity of the contraband was recovered from the truck owned by the petitioner. There is no change in circumstances warranting interference by this Court.
Dismissed.
