Petitioner has filed the petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking first regular parole of twenty days.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has undergone more than five years of sentence. Jail conduct of the petitioner is satisfactory, as is evident from the Annexure-R/1.
Learned State Counsel has opposed the petition.
