From perusal thereof, it is seen that the Investigation Officer has conducted the investigation and there is a search for investigation as against the accused petitioner No.1 – Jitendra Kumar Sharma and as against other two accused petitioners, the police has not found any case to be made out against them.
In view of the status report, the present petition is disposed of. Taking on record the investigation, the petitioner No.1 shall be free to move appropriate application and present himself before

the concerned Investigation Officer whereafter it is expected that the police shall conduct a fair investigation and submit its report.
