This Criminal Misc. Bail Application has been brought under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in connection with F.I.R. No. 202/2020 registered with Police Station Jamwaramgarh, District Jaipur rural, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 272, 273 of I.P.C, Sections 102, 103 Trade Mark Act and Sections 63, 64 of Copyright Act.

It has been argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in the case. After investigation, charge-sheet has been filed under Sections 272, 273, 420 of IPC, Sections 63 and 64 of Copyright Act and Sections 102 and 103 of Trademark Act. Completion of the trial will take time. There are no criminal antecedents of the petitioner.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor, perused the material available on record.

On consideration of the arguments/submissions of both the parties, perusal of material available on record, the bail application is allowed. Accused petitioner Ramjilal S/o Seetaram, be released on bail in FIR No. 202/2020, registered with Police Station Jamwaramgarh, District Jaipur rural , if he is not wanted in any other case, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of ₹ 1,00,000/- (one lakh) together with two sureties in the sum of ₹ 50,000/- (fifty thousand) each to the satisfaction of learned trial court with the stipulation that he shall appear before that court or any court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to
