This bail application has been filed under Section 439 CrPC in connection with FIR No. 298/2019 registered at Police Station Govindgarh, District Alwar for the offences under Sections 332, 353, 307 IPC and 3/25 & 5 /25 Arms Act.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.
Taking into consideration the nature of the allegation as against the petitioner but without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
