A compromise has been arrived at between ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd. and the appellants.
Accordingly, this appeal is disposed of in the following terms of the compromise, which reads as under:
“1. A lump-sum amount of Rs. 83,000/- Eighty Three Thousand (without any interest) shall be paid to the claimants by insurance company by depositing the same before tribunal concerns within 6 weeks from today (date of compromise order) in full and final settlement of appeal with claimants.
