Due to outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), the lawyers are not appearing in the Court.
Heard Mr. Attar Singh appearing on behalf of Mr. K.K. Bhinda, learned counsel for the petitioner, through video calling as well as learned Public Prosecutor, who is present in the Court.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this matter.
Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application and submitted that 23 other criminal cases are pending against the petitioner.
Considering the submissions put-forth by counsel for the parties and taking into account the facts and circumstances of the present case and looking to the seriousness of the offences alleged against the petitioner and without expressing any opinion

on merits of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner
on bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C.
Hence, the present bail application stands dismissed.
