The petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.29/2018 registered at Police Station Dhod, District Sikar for the offences under Sections 392, 458, 342, 411, 34 IPC.
Heard learned counsel for the accused-petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and carefully scanned the relevant material made available on record.
Learned counsel for accused-petitioner submits that a charge sheet has already been filed. The petitioner has been made as an accused on the basis of statement of co-accused. No recovery has been made from the petitioner.
Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.
I have considered the submissions and also gone through the charge sheet and taking into consideration the nature of

allegation/s but without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the case, I deem it appropriate to enlarge the accused-petitioner on bail.
Therefore, this bail application is allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioner namely, Anil Urf Pagya Pandya S/o Shri Phoolchand shall be released on bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with aforesaid FIR, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand only) together with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Magistrate with the stipulation that he shall comply with all the conditions laid down under Section 437(3) Cr.P.C.
